How It Started

In 2024, our founding team was working with a fast-growing startup that had just spent six weeks hiring for a single analyst role. They screened 400 resumes, interviewed 30 candidates, and made a hire who left within 90 days. The total cost exceeded ₹12 lakhs.

Meanwhile, we knew a self-taught data analyst from Jaipur who had built three impressive projects and couldn't get past the initial screen. Her resume didn't have the right keywords. She didn't go to an IIT.

Those two facts — the company's expensive failed hire and the talented candidate who never got seen — are the same problem. A hiring system that uses proxy signals instead of direct evidence of capability fails everyone.

ProveIQ was built to fix this. We create AI-evaluated, role-specific work simulations that let candidates demonstrate real capability — and let employers see real signal.
